With the liberalisation of the electricity market and the demand for large power plants
having increased globally, GOUDA Belgium offered the ready-made concept for the internal insulation of the
H.R.S.G. Unit.
Based upon 20 years of experience in fibre constructions, we have introduced our fibre Stackbond system worldwide with satisfactory results.
Our services contain the engineering, supply and installation
of the internal insulation in H.R.S.G. and ducts in cogeneration plants.
Our Stackbond system is based upon the application of the internal insulation without the use of internal stainless steel sheeting. The Stackbond construction can withstand exhaust gas velocities up to 45 metres/second, and
is suitable for temperatures up to 1100°C when combined with complementary burner systems.
