 Regarding refractory materials for the steel industry, GOUDA manufactures a complete range of alumina silicate refractory bricks and castables, including ultra low cement, self-flowing, vibrating and gunning castables plus the ramming mixes. GOUDA also manufactures pre-fabricated refractory materials such as burners, flat arches, manholes, etc.
We have developed a full range of refractory materials especially for the steel industry. Our delivery programme consists of materials for: blast furnace troughs, hot blast stoves, torpedo ladles, iron ladles, steel ladles, tundishes, walking beam furnace, pusher type furnace, etc.
GOUDA has developed a special brick quality, SP 94-6, especially for the wear lining of the steel ladles.

Our philosophy is that the client should achieve an optimal return on investment through a long lifetime of the refractory lining, with the result that refractory cost per produced tonnage steel can be reduced.
Besides manufacturing the necessary refractory materials, GOUDA can also install the materials and, depending on the application, follow the installation during production. For example GOUDA can take over the complete responsibility for tundishes, steel ladles, etc.
